📦 Returns Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

✅ Must include receipt or proof of purchase
✅ Must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products are non-returnable due to health, safety, or customization reasons:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, supplements)
Personal care items (e.g. opened cosmetics or hygiene products)
Custom or personalized products
Gift cards or downloadable items

💸 Refund Process

Submit a Return Request
Email us at info@elurianllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
Send Back the Item
We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or replacement?
✅ We offer free exchanges for damaged or defective products
📧 Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

📬 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
